Can you change or cancel?

Virgin-operated reward changes and cancellations cost $100 per person for US-origin trips, or £70 for UK-origin trips.
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure to recover points and applicable cash charges, less the fee; within 24 hours, points and carrier surcharges are forfeited.

If the price drops later

An unchanged Virgin itinerary cannot simply be repriced for a refund. Permitted changes require an itinerary change and a fee.

Saver and partner seats

Virgin’s points prices change by date and flight. The red Saver label identifies its lower-priced award category.
Partner seats follow separate pricing and availability rules.

Start with the Reward Seat Checker. For Virgin-operated flights, compare a month of dates and select Upper Class.
Use reward-flight search for partners. Delta and Air France/KLM can be searched online; the monthly Virgin calendar does not cover all partners.
Call Flying Club for ANA. Provide your route, dates, cabin and traveler count to confirm ANA seats and the complete quote.

Household accounts

An adult member at any tier can pool future Flying Club earnings with up to nine people at the same address. Only the leader spends pooled points.

What pools, and when?

Existing balances stay separate. Virgin Red earnings require a requested transfer, and household membership normally lasts at least 12 months.
