Managing your Avios
Avios expiration
- Collect or use Avios at least once every 36 months. Transfers into or out of the account do not count as activity for this purpose.
Family account
- Two to seven people can share existing and newly earned Avios; no family relationship is required. Spending is deducted proportionally.
Membership and transfer restrictions
- Members normally commit for at least 12 months. Shared Avios cannot be used for certain Avios.com and cross-program balance services.
