Keep your points working

Managing your Avios

Avios expiration

Collect, spend, buy or share Avios at least once every 36 months to keep them valid.

Household accounts

A household account can pool Avios with up to six other people, including children. Redemptions draw proportionally from member balances.

Booking for someone outside the household

Add eligible outside travelers to the separate Family and Friends list; saving someone as a cash-booking travel companion is not sufficient.
