- Choose Flight rewards or Book with our partners. Use the first for Etihad flights and the partner path for other airlines.
- Choose business class and open the full quote. The mileage calculator omits taxes and carrier charges.
- Confirm partner bookings with Etihad Guest when needed. Contact the service centre if your trip cannot be booked online; partner deadlines can be earlier than departure day.

- Published minimums are generally 24 hours before travel; Air Seychelles needs 48 hours and Oman Air seven days.

Miles expiration
- Most members need a qualifying Etihad or partner flight to extend miles beyond 18 months. A bank transfer alone does not extend existing miles.
Status exception
- Platinum and Emerald members have no-expiry protection under their tier rules.
Family membership
- Up to nine people can join a family account. Each needs an Etihad Guest account; the family head manages the group.
