Managing your miles
Mileage expiration
- Miles generally expire after three years, at the end of the birthday month following that period. Earning more does not reset older miles.
US cardholder exception
- Eligible Barclays cardholders have a separate no-expiry benefit while the card remains open and in good standing.
My Family
- Up to eight members can pool eligible future earnings at a selected contribution rate of 0% or 100%; existing individual balances remain separate.
- Miles from financial conversion partners cannot be pooled, so do not assume bank-transferred miles can move into My Family.
